Postage Costs

With the exception of large or bulky items, all postage costs quoted are based on UK Mainland 2nd Class Signed for via Royal Mail. Larger items will be sent via Parcel Force or G-Force.

If you wish to purchase multiple items, please contact us and we will send you a revised postage invoice via Paypal.

With ever changing stock levels, it is enviable that from time to time, an item may be out of stock. In this instance, we will contact you to advise you of this and advise you of an alternative product or the approximate delivery time of the product required.

Please take into consideration that all time frames are given on the advice of our suppliers and may not always be accurate.

We anticipate that you will receive your order 2 to 7 days from our receipt of the same order. If you do not receive your goods within this time scale, please contact us to enable us to contact our couriers to confirm the loss of the parcel. Upon confirmation of this, we will send out a duplicate order as soon as possible. If the items you have ordered are in stock they will usually be despatched by the end of the next working day.

Overseas orders are welcome (With some exceptions) but delivery will be subject to additional charges dependent upon the country of purchase and weight of the goods you have ordered.

Payment can be made via PayPal online or alternatively you can phone your order through on 01952 257400 (We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express) or send a cheque with your order, made payable to: Jayne’s Fishing Tackle and Gun Shop.

If you wish to collect your goods from our store, payment will be required in the first instance. Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is placed. Items paid via cheque will not be sent until the cheque has cleared.

A VAT receipt will be despatched along with your goods and a copy of your order. We try our utmost to ensure every order is despatched correctly and promptly however if the items you recieve are incorrect or damaged on arrival, a replacement will be sent out to you.

Unwanted items that are correctly ordered and despatched can be returned for an exchange or credit note within 14 days of the date of the order. No postage costs will be refunded in this instance.

Then post the goods to: Jayne’s Fishing Tackle, 41, Market Street, Wellington, Telford, TF1 1DT. Please ensure your goods are securely packaged and details of your name, address and contact number are included.

We also advise that you purchase postage insurance, as we will not accept damaged goods, if they were stated as an ‘unwanted goods return’ in the first instance.
